The VSS series vertical single axis shredder from Huanchuang Technology is a specially designed bidirectional arc-shaped material pressing single axis shredder. It is equipped with two arc-shaped swinging material pressing systems that closely fit the working curve of the blade shaft, effectively preventing the common problems of material splashing and blade shaft idling in traditional single axis shredders, thus avoiding the waste of machine power idling, improving the crushing efficiency of the blade shaft, and significantly increasing crushing capacity.
The vertical single axis shredder is suitable for crushing small and medium-sized materials, and is used for material crushing, refinement, and waste recycling in fields such as waste plastics, wood, rubber, metal, electronic waste, waste paper, and household waste RDF.

The vertical single axis shredder is equipped with a bidirectional arc-shaped material pressing system. After the material enters the feeding hopper, the lower hydraulic pusher pushes it to the rotating blade shaft. The moving blade on the blade shaft and the fixed blade on the box form tearing, squeezing, and shearing crushing effects. The upper pressure feeder presses down the splashing material and forms a fully sealed space together with the lower pressure feeder. The material cannot escape and is closer to the blade shaft. It is crushed into small pieces and discharged through a sieve, and the particle size of the shredded material is uniform and consistent.
The aperture of the sieve and the arrangement of the moving knife can be customized according to the material characteristics and particle size requirements after crushing to achieve satisfactory crushing effect.

M-type wear-resistant and hard material knife roller surface is welded with wear-resistant layer. The knife holder is divided into detachable and welded types, mainly used for processing agricultural film, PET bottles, woven bags, cans, household waste, pipes, fabrics, rubber blocks, medical waste, etc.
The surface of the V-shaped high-efficiency knife roller is processed into a spiral groove, with high wear resistance and tightly arranged knife seats. It is suitable for processing hard plastics, paper, wood, textiles, straw, hollow barrels, etc. with high output and efficiency.

To prevent tool damage and protect the bearings, the single axis shredder of Huanchuang Technology is designed with a flexible buffering support system and a limit switch. When the blade shaft jumps too much, the shredder will automatically reverse or stop.
11. Equipped with an automatic belt tensioning system. The motor is installed on the automatic adjustment seat and can automatically adjust the belt tension according to the preset tension value. No human operation is required. If there is hard material or blockage during the crushing process, the adjustment seat will automatically rotate in reverse to loosen the belt, and the motor will reverse to discharge the waste or excess material, which can effectively protect the cutting tool and belt from damage.

The system adopts flow command control and automatically judges pressure and flow rate through set values. No program control is required.

When the crushing resistance is too high, the hydraulic coupling system will automatically decelerate to increase torque and ensure stable operation of the machine. The pump impeller and turbine are connected flexibly, which is impact resistant, suitable for heavy load conditions, and improves the service life of the entire machine.
The automatic reverse system automatically switches the rotor direction when the motor is overloaded or the material is blocked, effectively resolving the risk of material jamming.
