The HSS series single shaft shredder from Huanchuang Technology is a versatile crusher suitable for the recycling industry, widely used in the crushing and refining of materials such as waste plastics, wood, rubber, metals, electronic waste, scrap paper, and household waste, as well as in the recycling of these materials.
Huanchuang Technology's single shaft shredder is equipped with an automatic hydraulic push system. After the material enters the feed hopper, the hydraulic pusher feeds it into the rotating cutting shaft. The moving blades on the shaft and the stationary blades on the housing create a tearing, crushing, and shearing effect, breaking the material into small pieces. These pieces are then discharged through a screen, ensuring uniform particle size after shredding. Both the screen aperture and the arrangement of the moving blades can be customized based on material characteristics and post-shredding particle size requirements to achieve optimal crushing results.

The HC-HSS series single-shaft shredder adopts a tightly packed small blade drum, equipped with hydraulic push boxes, forced pressing plates, and other mechanisms, and features low speed, low noise, high torque, high efficiency, and energy saving.
Tool materials are divided into two types: high alloy DC53 material and HARDOX wear-resistant material, which are selected based on the composition and characteristics of the material. These materials feature high strength, good toughness, resistance to fracture, and wear resistance, ensuring a sharp blade during operation. They are interchangeable and can be used in eight-point configurations. Disassembly, assembly, repair, and maintenance are very convenient.
Based on the bulk density of different material characteristics and the feeding method, the chip cutter roller and pushing method are equipped with various structures. All are equipped with machine and electrical overload protection, automatic belt tensioning structure, and spindle anti-entanglement protection.
Suitable for processing various solid materials, winding materials, plastic containers (films, bottles), pipes (PE pipes, PVC pipes), fibers (nylon, cloth fabrics), paper, household waste, waste wires and cables, wood, pallets, etc.

The H-type universal knife roller features a closely arranged S-spiral or V-shaped layout. Both the knife holder and tools are fixed to the spindle via screws, with a detachable design to ensure spindle dynamic balance, resulting in low vibration, low noise, and high efficiency.
The M-type wear-resistant and hard material knife roller features a surface overlay of wear-resistant layer, with knife holders available in both detachable and welded types. It is primarily used for processing agricultural films, PET bottles, woven bags, beverage cans, domestic waste, pipes, fabrics, rubber blocks, and medical waste.
The V-shaped high-efficiency knife roller features a spiral-shaped large groove on its surface, offering high wear resistance. The knife holder arrangement is densely packed, ensuring high production capacity and efficiency. It is suitable for processing materials such as hard plastics, paper, wood, textiles, straw, and hollow buckets.
4. Equipped with a push-type hydraulic feeding system, it features automatic feeding, allowing for a larger internal space and accommodating more material.
5. A variety of types and specifications of screens are available, with mesh sizes ranging from 16 to 100mm. Depending on the material, the screen holes include round, hexagonal, Z-shaped, S-shaped, H-shaped, and other forms. The screen is easy to disassemble, clean, and replace.
6. Multiple intelligent shredding modes allow the cutter roller and feed system to adopt different coordination patterns based on the bulk density and feeding method of materials with varying properties, thereby improving efficiency.
7. The shredder is equipped with multiple safety operation protection designs, including overload protection for the machine, electrical overload protection, automatic belt adjustment function, and blade roller anti-wrap protection.
8. The detachable tool holder design features positioning pins on both sides of the spindle groove during installation, combined with high-strength bolts for connection. It offers high positioning accuracy and strong load-bearing capacity. The tool can be quickly replaced for easy maintenance.
9. Equipped with a buffering and vibration damping system, when the shredder processes hard materials, the cutting drum experiences significant instantaneous impact loads. To prevent tool damage and protect bearings, Huanchuang Technology's single shaft shredder features a flexible buffering support system and incorporates limit switches. If the shaft deflection exceeds the set threshold, the shredder will automatically reverse or shut down.
10. Equipped with an automatic belt tensioning system. The motor is installed on an adjustable base, which can automatically regulate the belt tension according to preset values without manual operation. During the crushing process, if hard materials or blockages occur, the base will automatically rotate in reverse to loosen the belt. The motor reverses to discharge foreign objects or excess material, effectively protecting the blades and belt from damage.
11. The intelligent hydraulic system employs a servo motor combined with a fixed displacement pump for control. Compared to traditional forming machines and variable displacement piston pumps, it can save at least 40% in energy consumption.
The system employs flow rate command control, automatically determining pressure and flow based on set values without requiring any programmatic control.
12. The heavy-duty single shaft shredder is equipped with a hydraulic coupling, which transmits power through changes in liquid kinetic energy, enabling timely response to variations in crushing resistance and ensuring the shredder automatically and smoothly outputs maximum crushing torque. When the crushing resistance is excessive, the hydraulic coupling system will automatically reduce speed to increase torque, maintaining stable machine operation. The flexible connection between the impeller and turbine enhances impact resistance, adapts to heavy-duty conditions, and extends the overall lifespan of the machine.
13. Automatic Reversal System: When the motor is overloaded or material blockage occurs, the system automatically reverses the rotor direction to effectively mitigate jamming risks.
