The design principle is that waste enters the rotating drum through a conveyor and, driven by the drum, is continuously thrown up and scattered in the direction of the drum's rotation. The drum screen plate is equipped with screen holes, through which only waste with smaller particle sizes can pass, thus achieving screening and classification of waste based on particle size. At the same time, the interior of the screen drum is designed with bag-breaking cutters for secondary or tertiary bag breaking of materials, solving the problems of easy entanglement, easy blockage, and inability to screen bagged waste that plague drum screening, thereby improving screening efficiency and effectiveness.
