The Udon Municipal Solid Waste Sorting project is located in Udon, Thailand. It is designed and constructed by Huanchuang Technology in the form of an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) for the entire plant, and is designed to collaboratively dispose of mixed domestic waste and stale waste. The designed disposal capacity is 400 tons per day.
After being processed through processes such as coarse crushing, mechanical screening, air separation, and recyclable sorting, mixed household waste and stale waste are sorted out into high-value recyclables, RDF combustibles, organic matter, etc.
High value recyclables are used for sale, RDF combustibles are used as waste derived fuels, plastics are used for cracking and refining, and organic matter is used for composting.
The project is equipped with a sewage treatment plant to treat leachate from garbage.
