Waste toenergy project in Lusi

The Lushi Comprehensive Disposal Project for municipal solid Waste, Kitchen Waste, and Construction Waste is located in Sanmenxia City, Henan Province. The project's process equipment is designed and constructed by Environmental Innovation Technology. This project is a multi solid waste collaborative disposal project that integrates the incineration of household waste, kitchen waste, and construction waste disposal. It is also a benchmark project for the urban solid waste recycling industry park that combines the resource utilization of county-level household waste, kitchen waste, and biomass energy "cogeneration".

The project covers an area of 124.21 acres with a total investment of 437 million yuan. The construction includes a domestic waste incineration plant, a kitchen waste treatment plant, a construction and decoration waste treatment plant, a recycled building materials plant, a sewage treatment plant, etc. This project can process 300 tons of household waste, 30 tons of kitchen waste, and 200000 tons of construction waste per year. The household waste incineration plant is equipped with two 150t/d reverse thrust mechanical grate furnaces, which are the first small-scale grate furnaces of 150 tons in China.

The incineration process of household waste adopts mechanical grate furnace incineration technology, and the flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas purification process of "SNCR (urea water injection in the furnace)+semi dry method (lime slurry solution)+dry method (NaHCO3 dry powder)+activated carbon injection+bag dust removal".
The kitchen waste is treated using a process of "pressing and dehydration+three-phase separation+dry residue incineration", with dry residue incineration, oil extraction for sale, and sewage entering the sewage treatment plant for disposal.
The construction waste treatment adopts the process of "crushing+counterattack crushing+screening+aggregate purification" to produce recycled aggregates.
The recycled building materials factory uses recycled aggregates and slag from construction waste to manufacture environmentally friendly recycled blocks.
The project is equipped with a sewage treatment plant, which adopts the process of "UASB reactor+membrane bioreactor (MBR)+nanofiltration (NF)+reverse osmosis (RO)" for treatment, achieving zero discharge of sewage.
